Pro™ C5100S

The Ricoh PRO C5100S is a light production printer that offers high colour production values without the cost. It employs innovative technologies, which are used in Ricoh’s high-end printers, to help reduce operation costs and boost performance. High image quality ensures professional results that are best in class and it also offers impressive broad paper handling including heavy and coated media. All of which lets you extend your existing offering, or promote in-house printing, to increase both revenue and profits on light print runs. 

This new generation light production digital printer offers outstanding colour output that cuts time and costs. The latest VCSEL technology, together with a new toner formulation, gives best in class resolution of up to 4800 dpi for exceptionally accurate and smooth, professional image quality.

It runs at up to 65 pages per minute in B/W and colour to delivery high productivity in low volume runs helping meet tight delivery schedules. It supports accurate registration on heavy and coated media and up to SRA3 paper size – enabling increase in productivity and the capture of more business such as business and invitation cards. Enhanced toner transfer system combined with a versatile fusing system, enables excellent texture media results which can be further optimised for improved envelope printing to offer more print opportunities.

The PRO C5100S is designed to maximise uptime and heighten productivity levels, reducing the risk of misfeeds or paper jams. Simple working and troubleshooting processes are incorporated for ease of use by everyone. A new large separated operational panel with customisable home screen allows programme short cuts to be set for frequently used job operations. It includes a Status Light Pole for monitoring operation from a distance along with ‘on the fly’ toner replacement.

The PRO C5100S supports two types of EFI Fiery servers. The EFI Fiery Embedded server, E22B, helps simplify job and colour management. The EFI Fiery External server, E42B, provides the benefits of the other server as well as delivering higher performance.  It incorporates the latest FS100 Fiery platform, a high-performance 3.1 GHz Intel processor, 4 GB memory and a powerful 1 TB HDD. This outstanding combination will improve your RIP productivity for complex print jobs and support finishing options to suit your requirements and broaden your client  offering.

With its smaller footprint, the PRO C5100S needs limited installation space. So it can fit more easily into a workspace whilst it offers the versatility and performance of larger and more expensive printers.
