Operation is simple and intuitive via a 10.1-inch colour touch and swipe display panel familiar to users of smart phone or tablet devices. As well as black-and-white copying or printing at 35ppm, the versatile MP 3554ZSP can scan in colour at up to 80 original documents a minute. Scans can be stored on the integral 320Gb HDD for later printing or forwarded to email, folder, FTP or URL.

Many routine tasks can be stored and recalled using a shortcut icon from the display panel. For easy operation and increased productivity the colour control panel is customisable displaying each authorised user’s personal home screen preferences and settings.
