Available as a free application for Windows-based computers, it provides a simple tool that automatically detects nearby Ricoh devices and streamlines the process of installing the drivers for these, saving time and eliminating the need for specialist technical support.

Device Software Manager automatically searches your network for compatible Ricoh MFPs and printers, as well as local USB-connected machines. Even if a device is not on the same network segment, you can also search by IP address or device number. Once you have selected the device you wish to connect to, it downloads the correct drivers for your operating system directly from Ricoh and installs these to your computer.

As well as acquiring the necessary drivers, Device Software Manager ensures that these are configured with the correct device number, network and IP address information for your chosen MFP or printer. This helps ensure a reliable, trouble-free connection, and unhindered access to the latest features and functionality the device has to offer.
